Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
Pack Your Instrument
Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective materials to ensure it arrives back in mint condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
